You agree to use this site lawfully and to provide accurate, current information when placing an order or contacting us. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use Creamy Meadow content without permission.

Products, pricing, and availability

We work to describe products, scents, sizes, prices, and availability accurately. Small-batch products may vary slightly in color, shape, texture, or appearance. We may update product details, prices, promotions, or availability when needed. An order is not accepted until it is confirmed. We may limit or cancel an order because of availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other reasonable store concerns; if a paid order is canceled, the affected payment will be refunded.

Payments and checkout

Payments are processed through Shopify and available payment providers. Taxes, shipping options, and any destination-specific charges are shown before checkout is completed. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

Subscriptions

If you choose Subscribe & Save, the price, delivery frequency, discount, and renewal details shown at checkout become part of your order. Subscription charges continue at the selected interval until canceled. You can manage or cancel through the customer subscription portal. Make changes before the next scheduled charge shown in your account; an order already processed may be subject to the shipping and returns terms below.

Prohibited uses

You may not use the site to violate law, infringe intellectual property, transmit malicious code, collect information about others without authorization, submit false information, or interfere with store security or service.

Shipping

Free standard shipping is offered on Creamy Meadow orders where shown on the site. Available methods, estimated delivery windows, and any destination-specific charges appear at checkout. Processing and delivery times are estimates and may change because of carrier conditions, weather, address issues, holidays, or small-batch availability. Customers are responsible for entering a complete delivery address and contacting us promptly if an address correction is needed.

Returns & 30-Day Guarantee

If something is not right with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@creamymeadow.com and include your order number and a short description of the issue. Because soap is a personal-care product, opened or used products may not be resalable; however, we review concerns fairly under our love-your-skin guarantee and may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate solution. Original shipping charges and return shipping may be nonrefundable unless the product arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
